Non Local area admission procedure for Eamcet-engineering

Question

I belong to OU area.  I wish to take admission in AU area i.e. Guntur, Krishna, west Godavar districts. will I be permitted to take admission?
My eamcet rank is 66630 and belong to BC-B category. will Reservation under BC category be available?  what are the colleges where I can expect Mechanical or civil or CSE branches?
